Cloudflare
Backlink Builder for Cloudflare
HaloSEO publishes posts to your Cloudflare site and links them to each other. This page explains how the connection works, what the posts look like, and what happens when something breaks.
How HaloSEO connects to Cloudflare
You connect your Cloudflare site to HaloSEO and grant it permission to publish posts and read your site's theme. That is the whole permission set. HaloSEO does not need access to your DNS records, your account settings or your billing. Once connected, HaloSEO researches keywords, writes the posts and publishes them to your site on a schedule you control. You can revoke the connection at any time from your Cloudflare account, and publishing stops when you do.
What a published post looks like
Posts are published in your site's own theme. They use your fonts, your colours, your header and your footer. A reader should not be able to tell which posts HaloSEO wrote from the layout alone. Each post is a normal page on your site with its own URL, and it appears in your site's own listing and sitemap the same way your other pages do. You can edit or remove any post after it goes live.
What happens on Cloudflare that does not happen elsewhere
Cloudflare serves your pages from its edge network, so a published post is live in every region as soon as it deploys. There is no separate cache to warm and no staging copy to promote by hand. HaloSEO publishes to the site, Cloudflare serves it. The link building works the same way it does on any other host: HaloSEO places relevant links between the blogs it publishes, on a credit system where a site earns links by giving them. HaloSEO also reports your backlink profile from a third party index every week.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
The connection can drop if your Cloudflare credentials change, if the permission is revoked, or if Cloudflare has an outage. When that happens, HaloSEO stops publishing and flags the connection in your dashboard. Posts already live stay live. Nothing is deleted and nothing is rewritten. You reconnect, and publishing resumes on your schedule. If a post fails to deploy, HaloSEO retries it and tells you if the retry fails too. We do not send outreach emails, we do not contact anyone on your behalf, and we do not buy links from a marketplace.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want outreach emails sent to site owners, if you want links bought from a marketplace, or if you want a guaranteed ranking or a date for one. HaloSEO does none of those things and cannot promise a position, a traffic number or a timeframe. It is also not right for you if you are not willing to give publishing permission to your site, because that permission is how the posts get there.
