Google Search Console
Internal Link Builder for Google Search Console
HaloSEO links each new post to three to five of your own earlier posts, on the phrase the target was written to rank for. It also revisits older posts and links them forward to new ones.
How HaloSEO connects to Google Search Console
You connect your site through Google Search Console. HaloSEO asks for read access to your Search Console property. That permission lets us see the queries your pages already appear for and the pages themselves. We do not need write access to your Search Console account, and we do not change anything inside it. You can remove the connection at any time from your HaloSEO settings, and the link building stops with it.
What the published post looks like on your site
The post is published to your site in your site's own theme. It uses your templates, your fonts and your layout, so it reads as part of the site rather than a separate blog. The internal links sit inside the body text, on the phrase the target was written to rank for. A link is placed only where the sentence reads naturally with it. If the sentence does not carry the link, the link is not placed.
What happens on a Search Console site that does not happen elsewhere
On a site connected through Google Search Console, HaloSEO can read the queries each page already appears for. That changes which earlier posts a new post links to. Instead of guessing at related topics, we link to the pages that already show up for the phrase in question. Older posts are then revisited and linked forward to the new one, so the links run in both directions over time. On a site without that connection, we work from the site's own content and structure alone.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
If the Search Console permission is revoked or the token expires, the connection drops. New posts still publish, but the link choices fall back to the site's own content and structure, without the query data. If a target page is deleted or its URL changes, the link to it breaks, and we flag it in your HaloSEO dashboard so you can fix or remove it. If a sentence cannot carry a link naturally, we skip that link rather than force it. We do not buy links, and we do not link to sites we do not publish to.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want links bought or placed on other people's sites. HaloSEO does not buy links and does not link to sites we do not publish to. It is also not right for you if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date. We do not control search engines and we do not promise any of those. And if you run a site where you cannot grant read access to Google Search Console, the query data will not be there, and the link choices will be narrower.
