AI Visibility Reports for Google Search Console
HaloSEO asks the assistants the questions a customer would ask, then records whether your business was named, what was said, and who was named instead. This page covers how that works alongside Google Search Console.
How HaloSEO connects to Google Search Console
You connect Google Search Console from your HaloSEO account. The permission we ask for is read access to your Search Console data. We use it to see how your pages perform in Google search, which queries bring people in, and which pages already exist on the site. We do not ask for write access to your Search Console property. You can revoke the connection from your Google account at any time, and HaloSEO stops reading the data when you do.
What the published post looks like on your site
HaloSEO publishes to your site, not to Search Console. The post goes out in your site's own theme, with your header, your footer, your fonts and your navigation. It looks like any other post on the site because it is one. Search Console then picks the page up the way it picks up any other page. There is no separate HaloSEO skin, badge or widget on the published page.
What happens in Search Console that does not happen elsewhere
Search Console shows you Google's own view of the page. That means impressions, clicks, average position and the queries the page appeared for. It also shows indexing status, so you can see whether Google has crawled and indexed the post. HaloSEO does not have that data and does not report it. The AI visibility report is a separate measurement: it records what the assistants said when asked, and it does not tell you where you rank on Google.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
If the Search Console connection drops, HaloSEO stops reading your query and page data. Publishing continues, because publishing does not depend on Search Console. If your site blocks Google from crawling, Search Console will show the page as not indexed, and HaloSEO cannot change that. If an assistant changes its answers, the AI visibility report will show the change on the next run. We do not backfill or estimate a missing result.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed ranking, a promised position or a traffic number before you start. We do not control search engines or assistants, and we will not put a date on a result. It is also not right for you if you want a tool that only writes text. HaloSEO researches, writes, publishes, links and builds backlinks, and the AI visibility report is a measurement of what the assistants said, not a ranking.
