AI Visibility Reports for HubSpot

HaloSEO asks the assistants the questions your customers ask, then records whether your business was named, what was said, and who was named instead. On a HubSpot site, the posts that feed this work publish into your own theme.

How HaloSEO connects to HubSpot

You connect your HubSpot site to HaloSEO and grant it permission to publish content to your blog. That permission is what lets HaloSEO write a post and put it live without you copying and pasting anything. The connection is to your site, not to your CRM records. HaloSEO does not read your contacts, your deals or your email. If you remove the connection, publishing stops.

What the published post looks like on a HubSpot site

The post goes out in your site's own theme. It uses your templates, your fonts, your header and your footer, so a reader cannot tell it was written and published by a tool. It sits in your blog alongside your other posts and is linked from the pages HaloSEO builds links to. Nothing about the layout is ours. It is your site, rendered the way your site renders everything else.

What happens on HubSpot that does not happen elsewhere

HubSpot holds the blog and the pages in one place, so a post can be published and linked without a second system in the middle. That is the whole difference. HaloSEO does not claim a HubSpot certification, a partnership or a marketplace listing. It publishes to your HubSpot blog because you gave it permission to do so, and it works the same way on other sites.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

If your HubSpot theme changes, a post can publish with the wrong layout until the theme is checked again. If the connection drops or the permission is revoked, publishing stops and the post stays as a draft. If a post fails to publish, HaloSEO does not retry forever and does not publish a partial page. You get a failed publish you can see, and you can fix the cause and run it again.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed ranking, a set position or a traffic number by a date. HaloSEO does not promise any of those, because it does not control search engines or the assistants. It is also not right for you if you want a tool that only writes drafts for a person to edit. HaloSEO publishes. And the AI visibility report is a measurement, not a ranking. The assistants are not told anything, so what you see is what a customer would see.
