AI Visibility Reports for Wix

HaloSEO connects to your Wix site, publishes researched posts in your own theme, and reports on how you show up on Google and in AI search. Here is how the Wix side works.

How HaloSEO connects to Wix

You connect your Wix site from the HaloSEO dashboard. The connection uses Wix's own app and API access, so you approve it inside Wix and you can revoke it inside Wix at any time. HaloSEO asks for permission to read your site content and to create and publish blog posts. It does not ask for billing access, store orders, member data or your Wix account password. You pick the blog to publish to during setup, and you can change it later.

What a published post looks like on your Wix site

Posts are created as native Wix Blog posts, not embedded pages or iframes. That means your site theme controls the fonts, colours, spacing and header. The post appears in your blog feed, in your categories and tags, and in your site search. Your mobile layout applies without extra work. You can open any post in the Wix editor and edit it by hand. HaloSEO does not overwrite your edits on later runs unless you ask it to.

What happens on Wix that does not happen elsewhere

Wix Blog stores posts in a structure HaloSEO reads directly, so internal links point at your real post URLs and your real category pages rather than guessed paths. Wix also handles the sitemap and the structured data for blog posts, so new posts are discoverable without a separate plugin. When you rename a post or change its slug, Wix keeps the redirect, and HaloSEO picks up the new URL on the next report so your link data stays correct.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

The connection can drop if you revoke the app, change your Wix plan, or change the password on the account that approved it. When that happens, publishing stops and HaloSEO flags the site in your dashboard. Nothing is deleted from your site. Posts already published stay live. Queued posts wait until you reconnect. If a publish fails partway, HaloSEO retries and then reports the failure with the reason, so you are not left guessing whether a post went out.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want to approve every word before it goes live, because HaloSEO publishes on a schedule. It is not right for you if your Wix site is a single landing page with no blog, since there is nowhere to publish. It is not right for you if you need posts in a language or tone we have not set up for your account. And it is not a replacement for a Wix designer: it will not restyle your site or fix a broken theme.
