AI Visibility Reports for WordPress

HaloSEO connects to your WordPress site, publishes posts in your own theme, and reports on how you show up on Google and in AI search. Here is how the connection works and what to expect.

How HaloSEO connects to WordPress

You add the HaloSEO plugin to your WordPress site and approve the connection from your WordPress admin. HaloSEO needs permission to create and edit posts, upload images, set categories and tags, and add internal links. It does not need your WordPress password, and it does not touch your users, plugins, themes or settings. You can revoke access from your WordPress admin at any time, and the connection stops.

What a published post looks like

HaloSEO publishes through the normal WordPress post editor, so the post uses your theme. Headings, paragraphs, lists, images and links all render with your site's own styles. There is no separate HaloSEO template and no iframe. The post appears in your archive pages, your RSS feed and your sitemap like any other post. You can open it in the editor and change anything after it goes live.

What happens on WordPress that does not happen elsewhere

WordPress gives HaloSEO a direct publishing path. Posts go live on your domain, under your permalinks, with your existing internal link structure. HaloSEO can read your published posts to avoid repeating topics and to link new posts to old ones. Your sitemap updates on publish, so search engines and AI crawlers find the new page without extra steps. On a platform without this access, publishing means manual copy and paste, and internal linking is guesswork.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

If the plugin is deactivated or the connection is revoked, publishing stops. Drafts already queued stay in HaloSEO and are not lost. If your site is down or returns errors, HaloSEO retries and marks the post as failed after repeated attempts, and you see the failure in your dashboard. If a theme change breaks the layout of published posts, the posts are still in WordPress and you can fix them in the editor. We do not promise a ranking or a timeframe, because we have not measured one for your site.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want to approve every word before it goes live, if your WordPress site does not allow plugins, or if you run a highly regulated site where every claim needs legal review. It is also not right for you if you want a one off batch of posts. HaloSEO is a publishing system that runs over time, and it needs an ongoing connection to your site to work.
