AI Visibility Reports for Zapier

HaloSEO asks the assistants the questions your customers ask, then records whether your business was named, what was said, and who was named instead. This page covers how that works when your site runs on Zapier.

How HaloSEO connects to Zapier

You connect your Zapier site to HaloSEO and grant it permission to publish posts and edit pages on your behalf. That is the permission it needs. Nothing else is requested. Once connected, HaloSEO researches keywords, writes the posts, publishes them, links them up and builds backlinks. The visibility reports run alongside that work. They ask the assistants the questions a customer would ask and record the answers.

What a published post looks like on a Zapier site

Posts are published into your site's own theme. Headings, body text, links and images follow the styles your Zapier site already uses, so a new post looks like the rest of your pages. HaloSEO does not replace your theme or add its own styling. If your theme changes later, published posts pick up the new look with the rest of the site.

What happens on Zapier that does not happen elsewhere

Zapier sites are built and hosted on Zapier, so publishing goes through the connection you granted rather than through a separate CMS. That means the post appears in your Zapier site and is managed there. The visibility reports are separate from the publishing. They ask the assistants the questions and record whether your business was named, what was said and who was named instead. They do not change your site and they do not tell the assistants anything.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

If the connection to your Zapier site drops, publishing stops. Posts already live stay live. HaloSEO cannot publish new posts or edit pages until you reconnect and grant permission again. If a post fails to publish, it is not retried silently. You will see that it did not go out. The visibility reports do not depend on the connection, so they keep running while publishing is paused.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed ranking, a set position, a traffic number or a date. HaloSEO does not promise any of those and does not control search engines or assistants. It is also not right for you if you want a tool that only writes text. HaloSEO publishes, links and builds backlinks as well. And it is not right for you if you need a report that tells the assistants what to say. The reports are a measurement. The assistants are not told anything.
