Google Search Console

SEO Images for Google Search Console

Images on a Google Search Console site need alt text, file names and sizes that match what is in the picture. HaloSEO handles those three things when it publishes a post.

How HaloSEO connects to Google Search Console

You connect your site once. HaloSEO needs permission to read your Google Search Console property and to publish posts to your site. That means read access to Search Console data and write access to your site through its own login or API. We do not ask for your Google account password. You approve the connection and you can revoke it at any time. If your site sits behind a firewall or a login that blocks outside publishing, the connection will fail and you will see it fail.

What the published post looks like on your site

The post goes out in your site's own theme. HaloSEO does not replace your templates, your header or your styling. Images are sized and compressed before they are uploaded, so they load at the size the page needs rather than the size the camera produced. Each file is named after the post it belongs to. The alt text is written from what is actually in the picture, not from a keyword list. We do not repeat the keyword as alt text.

What happens on Google Search Console that does not happen elsewhere

Search Console is where Google reports what it did with your pages. It shows indexing status, image indexing, crawl errors and query data. HaloSEO reads that data so the next posts are shaped by what Google actually indexed, not by guesswork. On other platforms you publish and hope. Here you publish and then read the report. We do not promise a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date. We do not control search engines.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

Connections expire. Site logins change. A theme update can move the image field. When publishing fails, HaloSEO stops and reports the failure rather than posting a broken page. When Search Console access drops, the research side goes quiet until you reconnect. You will see the error in your dashboard. Nothing is published silently and nothing is retried forever. If an image upload fails, the post is held, not published without its images.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want to hand write every alt tag yourself, or if your site cannot accept outside publishing at all. It is not right for you if you need a guaranteed position on Google, because nobody can give you that. It is also not right for a site with no Google Search Console property set up, since there would be nothing to connect to.
