Backlink Builder for HubSpot
HaloSEO connects to your HubSpot site, publishes posts in your own theme, and links them to each other on a credit system. Here is how the connection works and what it does not do.
How HaloSEO connects to HubSpot
You connect your HubSpot site to HaloSEO and grant it permission to create and publish blog posts on your behalf. That permission covers writing posts to your blog and reading your existing content so we can place links. It does not cover your contacts, your deals, your forms or your email. You can revoke the connection at any time from your HubSpot account, and publishing stops when you do.
What the published post looks like
Posts are published into your HubSpot blog in your site's own theme. They use your templates, your fonts, your header and footer, and your navigation. A reader sees a normal page on your site, not a page that looks like a different product. You can edit or unpublish any post from HubSpot the same way you would edit a post you wrote yourself.
What happens on HubSpot that does not happen elsewhere
HubSpot keeps the post inside your existing blog, so it inherits your blog settings, your URL structure and your sitemap without extra setup. Because HaloSEO can read your published content, it can place links between the posts it publishes and the posts you already have. The credit system works the same on any site: a site earns links by giving them. Your backlink profile is reported from a third party index every week.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
If the connection drops, publishing stops. Posts already live stay live and stay editable in HubSpot. If a post fails to publish, it is not retried silently, and you will see it did not go out. If your theme changes, new posts pick up the new theme on the next publish. Weekly backlink reporting depends on the third party index, so a week can arrive late or with gaps. None of this affects your existing HubSpot content.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want outreach emails sent, if you want someone to contact site owners on your behalf, or if you want links bought from a marketplace. HaloSEO does none of those things. It is also not right for you if you need a guaranteed ranking, a set position or a fixed date, because we do not control search engines and will not promise one.
