Google Ranking Automation for HubSpot
HaloSEO connects to your HubSpot site, researches the keywords, writes and publishes the posts, links them up and builds the backlinks. This page explains how the HubSpot connection works and what to expect from it.
How HaloSEO connects to HubSpot
You connect your HubSpot site to HaloSEO once, from your HaloSEO account. The connection needs permission to read your site content and to create and edit blog posts on your behalf. That is the scope it asks for. It does not ask for access to your contacts, your deals, your workflows or your account settings. You can revoke the connection at any time from HubSpot, and publishing stops when you do.
What the published post looks like on a HubSpot site
Posts are published as normal HubSpot blog posts. They use your existing blog and your existing theme, so they carry your templates, your header, your footer and your styling. There is no separate HaloSEO skin and no embedded widget. A reader sees a page that looks like the rest of your blog. You can edit any post in HubSpot after it goes live, and your edits stay.
What happens on HubSpot that does not happen elsewhere
HubSpot stores the post as a HubSpot post, so it appears in your blog dashboard and in your content tools like anything else you publish. It can sit in a campaign, it can be tagged with your topics, and it can feed the same lists and reporting you already use. HaloSEO tracks where the site ranks for the keywords it was given. If a post is still not ranking after ninety days, HaloSEO rewrites that post in place. On HubSpot that rewrite lands on the same post, so the URL and the HubSpot record stay the same.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
The connection can drop. A password change, a revoked permission or a change to your HubSpot account can break it. When that happens, publishing stops and HaloSEO cannot create or edit posts until you reconnect. Nothing is published to the wrong place in the meantime. If your theme changes, new posts pick up the new theme, and older posts may need a look. If a rewrite cannot be saved, the existing post is left as it was. HaloSEO does not touch Google, does not submit anything, and makes no promise about a position or a date.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you need a guaranteed position, a set traffic number or a fixed date. We do not control search engines and we will not promise any of those. It is also not right for you if you want to approve every word before it goes live, or if your blog does not run on HubSpot. And it is not a replacement for a strategist who knows your market. It publishes and it tracks. The judgement about what your business should say is still yours.
