AI Blog Writer for HubSpot

HaloSEO connects to your HubSpot site, researches the keywords, writes the posts and publishes them for you. It is an autonomous SEO publishing platform, not another AI writer.

How HaloSEO connects to HubSpot

You connect your HubSpot site to HaloSEO once. HaloSEO needs permission to read your site structure and to create and publish blog posts on your behalf. That is the access it uses to write and publish. It does not need access to your contacts, your deals or your email. If you remove the connection, publishing stops.

What the published post looks like on a HubSpot site

The post is published as a normal HubSpot blog post. It uses your site's own theme, so it looks like the rest of your blog. The headings, the meta description and the alt text are written by HaloSEO as part of the article. There is no separate draft to approve. The post goes out when the planner schedules it.

What happens on HubSpot that does not happen elsewhere

On HubSpot the post lands in your blog with your theme and your URL structure already applied. HaloSEO also links the new post to your existing pages as part of publishing. On other platforms you may have to place the post and the links yourself. On HubSpot the post and its internal links are published together.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

If the HubSpot connection drops, publishing stops until you reconnect it. If your theme changes, new posts use the new theme. Posts already published keep the layout they were published with. If a post fails to publish, HaloSEO reports the failure and does not retry silently. You will see it in the account.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want to type a prompt for each post. It is not right for you if you want to read and approve every draft before it goes out. HaloSEO writes from the keyword and brief the planner chose and publishes without a draft approval step. If you need that control, use a different tool.
