Competitor Tracking for HubSpot

HaloSEO watches which sites rank for your subjects and what pages they have. It turns the gap into planned articles, then writes and publishes them on your HubSpot site.

How HaloSEO connects to HubSpot

You connect your HubSpot site to HaloSEO once. HaloSEO needs permission to read your site content and to publish posts to your blog. That is the scope of the permission. It does not need access to your contacts, your deals or your email tools. If you remove the connection, publishing stops and nothing else in your HubSpot account changes.

What the published post looks like on a HubSpot site

Posts publish into your HubSpot blog using your own theme. The layout, fonts, header and footer are the ones your site already uses. HaloSEO does not bring its own template and does not override your styling. A reader sees a normal post on your blog. Your editors can open it in HubSpot and edit it like any other post.

What happens on HubSpot that does not happen elsewhere

HubSpot keeps the post inside your blog, so your existing blog settings apply to it. Your URL structure, your authors, your tags and your comment settings carry over. The post sits next to your other content in the same place your team already works. HaloSEO does not add a separate dashboard to read. The output is the next set of subjects to cover.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

If the HubSpot connection drops, publishing stops. Planned articles stay in the queue and nothing is posted until the connection is restored. If a post fails to publish, it is not marked as live and it is not retried silently in a way that leaves you guessing. If your theme changes and a post looks wrong, you fix it in HubSpot as you would any other post.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a dashboard to read. HaloSEO does not produce one. It is also not right for you if you need to approve every word before it goes live, or if your blog runs on a platform other than HubSpot. And it is not right for you if you want a promised ranking or a date. We do not control search engines and we do not promise positions.
