Multi-location SEO for HubSpot

If you run more than one location on HubSpot, each one needs its own keywords and its own local phrasing. HaloSEO runs that publishing for every location, and it does not spin one article into a page per town.

How HaloSEO connects to HubSpot

You connect your HubSpot website to HaloSEO and give it permission to publish posts to your blog. That permission is what lets HaloSEO write a post and put it live on your site without you copying and pasting anything. The connection is to your site, so the posts land where your other blog posts already live. We do not ask for more access than publishing needs.

What a published post looks like on a HubSpot site

A post HaloSEO publishes on HubSpot uses your site's own theme. It picks up your templates, your fonts, your colours and your header and footer, so it looks like every other post on the blog. Readers should not be able to tell which posts came from HaloSEO and which did not. The post is a normal HubSpot blog post, and you can edit it in HubSpot like any other.

What happens on HubSpot that does not happen elsewhere

On HubSpot the post is a native blog post in your account, not a page bolted on from outside. It sits in the same blog as your other content, so your internal links, your blog listing and your existing setup all apply to it. For multi-location work this matters: each location's posts go through the same publishing path, with their own keywords and their own local phrasing, and each one lands as a real post on the site.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

The connection can drop. Your HubSpot permissions can change. A theme update can change how a post renders. When publishing fails, the post does not go live, and you will see that it did not. Nothing is published twice to cover a failure. If the connection needs renewing, publishing waits until it is renewed. We do not promise a fix time, because we do not control your HubSpot account or your theme.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want one article turned into a page for every town with the town name swapped. HaloSEO does not do that, and it will not create duplicate pages per location from a single article. It is also not right for you if you need a guaranteed ranking, a set position or a date for results. We do not control search engines and we will not promise any of those.
