Make
AI Search Optimization for Make
HaloSEO connects to your Make site, researches the keywords, writes the posts, publishes them and measures whether AI assistants name your business. This page explains how the connection works and what to expect.
How HaloSEO connects to Make
You connect your Make site to HaloSEO once, from your HaloSEO account. The connection needs permission to read your site's structure and theme, and permission to create and publish posts on your behalf. That is the whole permission set. HaloSEO does not need access to your customers, your orders or your payment settings. You can revoke the connection from either side at any time, and publishing stops as soon as you do.
What a published post looks like on a Make site
Posts are published into your Make site's own theme. Headings, body text, images and links use the styles your theme already defines, so a post looks like the rest of your site rather than a separate template. The answer sits in the opening lines of the post, written that way on purpose, because assistants tend to pull from the first sentences they find. Internal links are added between related posts on your site.
What happens on Make that does not happen elsewhere
Make sites are built from blocks, and HaloSEO writes into that structure rather than pasting one flat block of text. Each section of a post maps to the block types your theme supports, so the layout holds when the theme changes. HaloSEO also reads the questions customers ask and asks them to assistants, then records which sources the assistants cite. That record shows whether your Make site is being named, and which pages are being pulled from.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
If your theme changes block names or removes a block type HaloSEO writes to, a post can publish with sections in the wrong place or with styling that does not match. If the connection token is revoked or expires, publishing stops and HaloSEO flags the site in your account. Nothing is published silently in a broken state. You get a notice, the post stays in draft, and you can reconnect and republish. HaloSEO cannot make an assistant cite your site, and it does not submit anything to an assistant. It writes the answer clearly and measures what the assistants say.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed ranking, a set date for results, or a tool that pushes your pages into an AI assistant. HaloSEO does none of those things and cannot. It is also not right for you if you want to approve every sentence by hand before it goes live, or if your Make site runs a heavily customised theme with block types HaloSEO does not write to. In those cases a manual workflow will fit better.
