Zapier

AI Search Optimization for Zapier

HaloSEO connects your Zapier site, researches the keywords, writes and publishes the posts, links them up and builds backlinks. It also measures whether AI assistants name your business when people ask them the questions your customers ask.

How HaloSEO connects to Zapier

You connect your Zapier site to HaloSEO and give it permission to publish posts and edit your content. That permission is what lets HaloSEO write a post and put it live without you copying anything across. HaloSEO does not need access to your billing, your customer data or your Zapier account settings. If you remove the connection, publishing stops.

What the published post looks like on a Zapier site

The post goes out in your site's own theme. It uses your fonts, your colours and your layout, so it reads as part of the site rather than a block pasted in from somewhere else. The answer sits in the opening lines, before any background, because that is the part an assistant is most likely to read and repeat. Internal links to your other pages are added as the post is published.

What happens on Zapier that does not happen elsewhere

Zapier sites are built around pages that explain a task and the steps to do it. That suits the way HaloSEO writes, with the answer first and the steps after it. The posts also link to each other, so a reader who lands on one page can find the next. HaloSEO measures whether assistants name your business by asking them the questions your customers ask and recording the sources they cite. It cannot make an assistant cite you, and it does not submit anything to an assistant.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

If the connection to your Zapier site drops, publishing stops. Posts already live stay live. HaloSEO does not publish into a site it cannot reach, and it does not guess at your theme. If a post fails to publish, it stays in the queue and you can see that it did not go out. If your site changes its layout, a published post may need checking. Nothing here promises a ranking, a position or a date, because we do not control search engines or assistants.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a guaranteed ranking, a set traffic number or a fixed date for results. We do not offer those and cannot measure them in advance. It is also not right if you want to approve every sentence by hand, or if you need an assistant to cite you on demand. HaloSEO writes and publishes, and it measures what assistants say. It does not control what they say.
