Zapier
Content Calendar for Zapier
HaloSEO holds the plan of what gets published on your Zapier site and when. The calendar is built from keyword research, so nobody has to fill it in.
How HaloSEO connects to Zapier
You connect your Zapier site to HaloSEO and give it permission to publish posts and to read your site's theme. That is the permission it needs. It does not ask for access to your Zapier account settings, your billing, or your other apps. Once connected, HaloSEO builds the calendar from its keyword research and starts working through it.
What the published post looks like on a Zapier site
Posts go out in your site's own theme. Headings, body text, images and links use the styles your Zapier site already has, so a post does not look like it came from somewhere else. HaloSEO does not replace your theme or add its own layout. If your theme changes, later posts follow the new theme.
What happens on Zapier that does not happen elsewhere
Zapier sites have their own publishing rules and their own theme structure. HaloSEO works within those rules rather than around them. The calendar is ordered for your site, and a subject can be pushed to the front when you want it published sooner. Reordering the calendar does not change what has already gone out.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
If the connection to your Zapier site drops, publishing stops. The calendar stays as it is, and nothing is lost. Posts that were already published stay published. If your theme changes in a way that breaks the layout, new posts may look wrong until the theme is fixed. HaloSEO does not promise a ranking, a position, a traffic number or a date, because we do not control search engines.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want to write and approve every post by hand before it goes out. HaloSEO publishes on its own, and the calendar is not a draft queue for review. It is also not right for you if you need a calendar you fill in yourself, because this one is built from keyword research and does not require anybody to fill it in.
