Schema Generator for Framer
HaloSEO builds the JSON-LD for a page and refuses to emit a type whose required fields are missing. On Framer it is a tool you paste the output from, not an automatic step.
How HaloSEO connects to Framer
It does not connect. There is no Framer app, no plugin and no OAuth handshake, so HaloSEO asks for no permission on your Framer site and holds no access to it. You use the schema generator inside HaloSEO, copy the JSON-LD it produces, and paste it into your Framer project yourself. That means the only thing you need is the ability to edit the page you are working on.
What the published post looks like on a Framer site
The post is a normal Framer page. It uses your site's own theme, fonts, colours and components, because you build or paste it in Framer like any other page. HaloSEO does not push content into Framer, so nothing appears on your site until you put it there. The schema is separate from the visible page: it is a block of JSON-LD you add to the page's custom code, and visitors do not see it.
What happens on Framer that does not happen elsewhere
Framer gives you a clean place to paste JSON-LD into a single page's custom code settings, and the generator gives you output shaped for that. The generator checks required fields before it emits a type. If you ask for an Article and the headline or author is missing, it refuses and tells you what is missing rather than handing you invalid markup. That check is the same wherever you paste the result. What is specific to Framer is that the paste step is manual and per page, so the quality of the schema depends on you copying the full block and placing it on the right page.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
The common failures are a partial paste, a block placed on the wrong page, or a page edited later so the schema no longer matches the visible content. When the generator refuses a type, nothing is emitted and you get the list of missing fields, so you can fix the input and run it again. When a paste is wrong, HaloSEO does not know, because it has no connection to your site and cannot see the result. You check the page yourself, or with a schema validation tool, after you paste.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want schema added to published posts automatically. HaloSEO does not do that yet. It is also not right for you if you do not want to touch Framer page settings, or if you expect HaloSEO to publish posts into Framer for you. The generator is a tool you paste the output from, and the paste is your job.
