Keyword Research for HubSpot

HaloSEO finds the phrases your market already searches for and that your HubSpot site has no page for. It hands them to the planner as subjects, then writes and publishes the posts.

How HaloSEO connects to HubSpot

You connect your HubSpot site to HaloSEO once. HaloSEO needs permission to read your site content and to publish posts to your blog. That is the scope it asks for. It does not ask for access to your contacts, your deals or your marketing email. If you remove the connection, publishing stops and nothing else changes.

What the published post looks like

The post goes out as a normal HubSpot blog post. It uses your site's own theme, so the header, footer, fonts and colours are the ones your visitors already see. There is no HaloSEO badge and no separate template. To a reader it looks like any other post on your blog, because it is one.

What happens on HubSpot that does not happen elsewhere

HubSpot keeps the post in its own blog tool, so your existing lists, forms and campaign tags work on it the same way they work on a post you wrote yourself. You can edit the post in HubSpot after it publishes. HaloSEO does not lock it. If you change it, your change stays.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

If the HubSpot connection drops, publishing pauses. HaloSEO does not retry forever and does not post to a backup destination. You will see the failure in the planner, and the post waits until the connection is restored. If your theme changes, a post already published keeps the layout it had until you republish it. If a post fails to publish, it stays in the plan and is not marked as live.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want a keyword tool to search in. HaloSEO is not that. The output is the publishing plan, not a report you browse. It is also not right for you if you want to approve every phrase by hand before anything is written, or if your blog does not run on HubSpot.
