SEO Images for Make

HaloSEO writes the alt text for each image from what is actually in the picture, sizes and compresses the file, and names it after the post. Here is how that works on a Make site.

How HaloSEO connects to Make

You connect your Make site to HaloSEO once, from your HaloSEO account. The connection needs permission to publish posts and to upload media to your site. That is the whole permission set. HaloSEO does not ask for access to your billing, your customer data or your theme files. If you remove the connection, publishing stops and nothing else on your site changes.

What the published post looks like on a Make site

The post is published in your site's own theme. HaloSEO does not bring its own template or override your styles. Headings, body text, links and images use the same fonts, spacing and layout as the rest of your Make site. Each image arrives already sized and compressed, with alt text written from the picture and a file name taken from the post. The keyword is not repeated as alt text.

What happens on Make that does not happen elsewhere

Make sites get the same publishing path as every other site HaloSEO supports. The difference is in the handoff. HaloSEO writes the post, prepares the images and sends both to Make in one step, so the media and the text land together in your theme. You do not upload images by hand or write alt text yourself. Nothing about this changes how Make itself works.

What breaks, and what happens when it does

If the connection to Make drops, publishing pauses. HaloSEO does not retry forever and does not publish a partial post. You will see the failure in your HaloSEO account and can reconnect. If an image upload fails, the post is held rather than published without its images. If your Make theme changes, existing posts keep their current markup until they are republished.

Who this is not right for

This is not right for you if you want to write and approve every image by hand, or if you need alt text that follows a fixed keyword pattern. HaloSEO writes alt text from the picture and does not repeat the keyword as alt text. It is also not right for you if you expect a ranking, a position or a traffic number by a set date. We do not control search engines and we do not promise those.
