Zapier
SEO Dashboard for Zapier
HaloSEO publishes posts to your Zapier site and this dashboard shows what went out, where it ranks, and whether the blog is still on its cadence. It is a read-only view of work already done.
How HaloSEO connects to Zapier
You connect your Zapier site to HaloSEO once, from inside HaloSEO. The connection needs permission to publish posts and pages to your site and to read your published content so the dashboard can match a post to its live URL. It does not need access to your billing, your customer data or your other Zapier apps. If you later want to remove it, you revoke the connection from your Zapier account and publishing stops.
What a published post looks like on a Zapier site
Posts go out in your site's own theme. Headings, body text, images and links use the styles your Zapier site already has, so a HaloSEO post does not look like a bolt-on. The post is a normal item in your site, which means you can edit it, unpublish it or delete it with the same tools you use for anything else you have written.
What happens on Zapier that does not happen elsewhere
Zapier sites are built to sit inside automations, so a published post can be picked up by the Zaps you already run. That is the difference. On other platforms a new post is just a new post. Here it can be the trigger for work you have already set up, and HaloSEO does not need to know what those Zaps do. The dashboard still only reports on the post itself: what was published, where it ranks, and whether the cadence held.
What breaks, and what happens when it does
The connection can drop if you revoke it, change your Zapier login or change permissions on the site. When that happens, publishing stops and the dashboard shows the last post it knows about, with the date. Nothing is queued and nothing is retried silently. You reconnect from HaloSEO and publishing resumes on the next scheduled slot. If a post publishes but the dashboard cannot read its live URL, the post is listed without a ranking until the next check.
Who this is not right for
This is not right for you if you want a place to queue, approve or schedule work by hand. The dashboard is read-only. It shows what was published, where it ranks and whether the blog is on its cadence. It is not a content calendar and not an approval queue. If you want to draft posts yourself and push them out on your own schedule, use your Zapier editor and your own writing tools instead.
